Built in 1991 to our specifications by JV Northwest of Portland, Oregon, our brewhouse is designed to produce seven barrels (210 gallons) of beer at a time. During our first fourteen years in business, we have brewed about 1,600 batches and served over three million pints beer. That's a stack of glasses two hundred and ninety miles high, enough to span the distance from Portsmouth to New York City.
