The members of our kitchen staff are the unsung heroes of this restaurant. Working out of sight, they create an astonishing array of delicious food, all made to order. Early on, we decided that it made no sense to put the effort into brewing the freshest, handmade beers possible if we didn't approach our food in the same way. As a result, we make all of our own sauces, soups and dressings from scratch. Our kitchen staff is proud of the food they make, and we are very proud of them.
