Ben Bilodeau

Ben was born and raised in Deerfield, New Hampshire. His fascination with food began at an early age: with both parents working there was plenty of time spent under the supervision/tutelage of a very close neighbor and family friend who seemingly spent all of her time in the kitchen providing for not only her family but also the community around her.


After venturing west to attend the University of Montana, majoring in fly fishing and skiing, Ben returned to the Granite State and found himself working a number of restaurant jobs to pay the bills. It was during this time that he expanded on his knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality management.


Ben started working for the Brewery in 2003 as a line cook and has worn many hats since, from chef to bartender. Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager, he oversees a staff of 30.


Ben is an avid fisherman. While not at work he enjoys time with his wife Sarah, their Rottweiler Samson and the restoration of their 1850's New Englander in East Rochester.
