Quinn was born and raised in Atkinson, a small town in southern New Hampshire. After graduating from UNH with majors in Hospitality Management and Photography, he moved to Portsmouth, then Kittery, and back to Portsmouth again. His first job in the area was running Jack Quigley's kitchen, then off to cook at the Brewery were he ran the sauté station. When a position in management opened up he dove in, leaving his pans and cleaver behind. Quinn's interests are snowboarding, photography, basketball, football, baseball, mountain biking and music, like Wutang Clan and Pearl Jam, as well as enjoying the duties of an Uncle and Godfather.
